All gift vouchers purchased through Whale Watch Kaikoura cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of a tour cancellation or partial refund the recipient may exchange the remaining value of the voucher within the Whale Watch Gift Shop or towards the purchase of another Whale Watch Tour.
This voucher does not apply to the Captain's Cabin seat, however you can choose to upgrade at time of booking or checking in to your tour if there is availability.
