Terms and Conditions
- Valid for travel between 1 June and 30 September 2026.
- Unused vouchers after 30 September 2026 are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, credited or extended unless cancelled by an operator due to weather or operational conditions.
- Pricing applies only to advertised products booked during the campaign period.
- Pricing is based on 30% off each operator’s standard retail rate.
- Pricing is per person. No child rate is available.
- Discounts are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- All experiences are subject to weather, operational conditions, minimum numbers and vessel/aircraft availability.
- If an operator cancels an experience due to weather or operational conditions, customers may reschedule (subject to availability) or receive a refund for the cancelled experience.
- Customer cancellations within 48 hours of travel are non-refundable.
- Upgrades may be available directly through operators at an additional cost.
- Partial refunds apply only to the discounted value of the affected experience.
- Cannot be used with any other offer, discount, promotion, voucher or package.
- Prices are per person and GST inclusive.

Refunds
A full refund can be made 48hrs before the scheduled flight. Customers will also receive a full
refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen
circumstances. Contact us to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged
the full price.
Rebooking
Please contact Air Kaikoura or Kaikoura Helicopters directly to move your flight time with as much notice as possible.
Single Bookings
Flights require a minimum of two people in order to fly, please note if booking for one person we
may have to consolidate your booking.
Flights Times
Flights will intend to leave at the booked time. However, the activity provider reserves the right to
adjust flight times as required
