Reached the end of your holiday and desperately need some cash back? Share your photos or videos with us on Instagram or TikTok for your chance to win the value of your tour fare back, not just your individual ticket, but the entirety of your group booking!

To enter 

  • Post a photo or video from your Whale Watch Kaikoura experience on Instagram or TikTok
  • Tag @whalewatchkaikoura in the post
  • Include the hashtag #WhaleWatchKaikoura
  • Each month, we'll draw a winner

Terms and Conditions —

  • Open to direct bookings only.
  • Entries must be the participant's own original content.
  • Entries must be publicly visible at the time of judging so they can be viewed by Whale Watch Kaikōura.
  • Multiple entries are permitted. Each unique post counts as one entry.
  • Tours may have been taken at any time. Entries are based on the month the content is posted.
  • One winner will be drawn each month from all eligible entries received during that month.
  • Winners will be contacted via their Instagram or TikTok account used to enter the competition.
  • The winner will need to email through the original photo and confirm booking details.
  • The entirety of the groups booking will be refunded, up to a maximum value of NZD $800.
  • Refunds will be made back to the credit card used to make the original booking.
  • By entering, participants grant Whale Watch Kaikoura permission to use submitted content across its marketing channels.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with TikTok or Meta.

TRAVEL ADVISORY:

Please note that a section of State Highway 1 south of Kaikoura is down to one lane near Hawkeswood and is under stop/go temporary traffic management. Please expect delays along this route and plan your journey accordingly.
