  • Discounts available for direct website bookings only.
  • Discounts vary, ranging up to 50%.
  • Limited discounted tickets per tour.
  • Discounts are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • All experiences are subject to weather, operational conditions, minimum numbers and vessel availability.
  • If a cancellation occurs due to weather or operational conditions, customers may reschedule (subject to availability) or receive a refund for the cancelled experience.
  • Customer cancellations within 48 hours of travel are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds apply only to the discounted value of the experience.

TRAVEL ADVISORY:

Please note that State Highway 1 north and south of Kaikōura are open. A section of State Highway 1 south is down to one lane near Hawkeswood and is under stop/go temporary traffic management. Please expect delays along this route and plan your journey accordingly.
